From the close of business at 5 PM on Thursday, July 29, through Sunday, Aug. 1 there may be interruptions in our telephone service and in our ability to provide customers with software licenses. We expect these interruptions will be minimal and we appreciate our Customers’ patience.
Our Web-based Support operations will function normally throughout the re-location period. Customers can open/review tickets as normal via the Support portal and exchange emails with our Support team.
Similarly, we expect no disruption in email service for Sales or other departments.
